Medications
Users can quickly review current instructions while keeping completed or tapered medications available for reference.

Health
The Health tab is limited to readings that influence, explain, or accompany medication use, such as glucose, blood pressure, or oxygen saturation.

Reports
Confirm the profile, review the available data, and choose a Medication List, Medication Activity Log, or Complete Profile Report.

Settings
Reminder controls, appearance, accessibility, private iCloud synchronization, and notification settings are grouped in plain language.
A wizard walks through medication name, form, strength, dose, schedule, inventory, refill settings, and an optional photo.
Log regular prescriptions, rescue inhalers, anxiety medication, pain medication, insulin, liquids, injections, sprays, drops, and other PRN treatments.
Enter the amount actually taken each time. Inventory is reduced by that actual amount instead of assuming every dose is identical.
Record readings such as blood glucose or blood pressure with the related medication and actual dose.
Track tablets, capsules, milliliters, units, puffs, sprays, drops, injections, packets, or a custom unit.
Generate a medication list, activity log, or complete profile report and share it through Messages, Mail, AirDrop, Files, or Print.
Photos can help users recognize a known medication, but they are never required and never used to identify an unknown pill.
Pill-A-Matic does not automatically email or silently transfer medication reports.
It does not identify unknown pills, diagnose conditions, recommend medication changes, or replace a doctor, pharmacist, emergency services, or Poison Control.
