Overview
Pill-A-Matic helps users manage reminders, dose logs, inventory, refill reminders, medication-related readings, and PDF reports. Sensitive medication information should remain under the user’s control.
App data
Pill-A-Matic is designed to store medication information on the user’s device. If the user enables private iCloud synchronization, Apple’s iCloud services may synchronize supported data across the user’s devices.
Pill-A-Matic does not automatically email reports or silently transfer medication records.
Reports and sharing
PDF reports leave the app only when the user intentionally chooses a sharing option through the iOS Share Sheet. The selected third-party service has its own privacy practices.
Medication photos
Medication photos are optional personal visual references. Pill-A-Matic does not identify unknown pills from photos.
Website information
This website includes no advertising trackers or analytics by default. Support-form submissions include the visitor’s name, email, topic, message, and limited technical information required to deliver and protect the form.
A short-lived essential session cookie may be used on the support page for form security and rate limiting.
Do not send passwords, payment-card information, or confidential health records through the support form.
Security
Reasonable protections are used, but no device, network, email system, or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.
Changes
This policy may be updated as Pill-A-Matic changes. The revised date will appear above.
